Mrs. Offner has been teaching for the past eight years at Saint Isidore School. The first four years she taught Pre-K, and the past four years, she has been teaching second grade. Previous to teaching at St. Isidore, she worked as a special education teacher for six years in Tennessee. Belinda Offner recently completed studies at Cabrini College to be a reading specialist. At this time, she holds degrees in Elementary education, Special education, and completed her reading specialist studies.
